CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customers have a cooling off period in which they can withdraw from the contract for any reason. The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made, and ends 14 (fourteen) days after the receipt of the goods.
Customers have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 14 (fourteen) working days starting the day after delivery for unwanted goods.
Goods will be refunded or exchanged for different sizes/designs/products (providing they are the same price as the goods being returned), as long as we are informed of the action required by the customer/receive the items within the timeframe stated above.
Please send returns to one of the addresses below (unless you have been informed that you will be sent pre-paid packaging in which you can return the goods). You must include a note stating your name, order number, email address and what action you require us to take. You will be notified via email when we receive the goods) and no action will be taken by us until then.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, in excellent condition suitable for resale and in its original packaging, for a replacement, exchange or refund of the same item. Postage/delivery charges are not refunded unless the goods are faulty. Please obtain a proof of postage, as BSI Merch cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns.
